Are your lash extensions properly applied? Unfortunately, we see damaged lashes on a daily basis. The more you understand about the application process, you will be able to make better and more educated decisions about selecting a lash artist.Lashing requires a lot of practice, concentration, and an active involvement in the lash artist's own education and development as an artist. Be sure to do your research and seek only a licensed, certified and experienced lash artist!

We apply each lash extension to one of your own lashes, to create the desired look that you decide on. Other places may apply a lash to more than one of your lashes, and this may not only feel uncomfortable to your eye, but the weight can make your own lashes fall out. You should also ask how the esthetician was trained on lashes, some have only been educated from a video or DVD. We have applied over thousands of lash extensions. Each of our estheticians working at Glam Lash Boutique have been certified and trained for correct application and perfection in lash application.
More about the owner
Teri Popma received her aesthetic education from the Southern Oregon Dermal Institute, and the IMA (Institute for Medical Aesthetics). She is well versed in much more than just eyelash extensions and has a passion for the industry. She has worked for two different medical device companies and sold medical skincare and chemical peels to doctors and spas, She also trained dermatoligists, plastic surgeons, physician assistants, nurses and many estheticians on how to properly use over 50 products and chemical peels, and how to get results their clients are asking for. She has been in the industry over 10 years and is very passionate about skin and lashes.
